What Dishcover provides
Dishcover organizes publicly available restaurant-menu information so you can search dishes and visit a restaurant’s official website. Dishcover is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the restaurants listed unless we explicitly say so.
Menu information and restaurant links
Menus, prices, ingredients, dietary information, hours, and availability can change without notice. Dishcover does not guarantee that information is complete, current, or accurate. Confirm all details directly with the restaurant before visiting, ordering, or making decisions related to allergies or dietary needs.
Links to restaurant websites are provided for convenience. Their content and practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Acceptable use
You may use the publicly available Service for personal, non-commercial restaurant discovery. Do not interfere with the Service, bypass security controls, misrepresent Dishcover content as your own, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law. Search-engine and answer-engine crawlers may access public pages in accordance with our robots.txt; automated access that creates unreasonable load is not permitted.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the Service.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dishcover is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
