No Affiliation: We are an independent search platform and are not officially affiliated, partnered, or endorsed by any restaurant, café, or food provider displayed on our platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Accuracy of Information & Third-Party Content

No Warranty of Accuracy: Restaurant menus, pricing, item availability, ingredients, and operational hours change frequently. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any menu data or third-party content displayed on the Services.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Because ingredient lists and kitchen practices change, we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from allergens or strict dietary compliance. Users with food allergies, sensitivities, or specific dietary requirements must verify all ingredients and safety information directly with the restaurant prior to ordering or consuming any food.

Third-Party Links: Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, ordering platforms, or restaurant pages. We are not responsible for the availability, privacy practices, terms, or content of any third-party platforms.

3. User Accounts & Acceptable Use

Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) to use the Services in the past twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
